Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return policy only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Mandatory Proof

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage.
  • The video must be recorded before opening the package, showing the sealed parcel and the product inside.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, color variation (due to handmade nature), or minor imperfections.
