At The Jute Room, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We offer a 7-day return policy only in case of damaged or defective products.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.
Mandatory Proof
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage.
- The video must be recorded before opening the package, showing the sealed parcel and the product inside.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, color variation (due to handmade nature), or minor imperfections.
